David Gillies – Chairman

David is a successful businessman and a director on several boards. He is the founder of Prisoner & Aftercare Support Services, Christian Literature Outreach and is highly respected throughout the prison system in Australia and New Zealand.

Philip Daffern – Director & CEO

Philip has worked with prisoners and ex-prisoners from the NSW prison system since 2007, he is a qualified AoD mentor, chaplain and is an experienced businessman.

Martin Watkins  BEcon (Hons) CA, MIPC - Director

Martin joined the board of PASS in 2013. He currently serves as Vice President of Mission Australia since 2001 and has been a Director since 1996, Martin is a Chartered Accountant and Director of Richfield Consulting and Carbon Careers executive recruitment companies.

Ian Gostelow – Director

Ian has been mentoring and supporting ex-offenders for several years.

Malcolm is the Managing Director of Ecomed trading and sits on the board of several organisations
